1. Agreement: By registering with Pune Expat Club (PEC) you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions as stated.

2. Registration: Anyone is free to apply for membership. The approval process is based on trying to get as many countries represented as possible and on getting a good mix of age and gender. On approval, there is an annual membership fee mentioned in the "Join us" page, payable to the "Pune Expatriate Club". Please note that PEC will not be able to respond to everyone who applies and does not meet necessary criteria.

3. Fee Amendment: PEC reserves the right to amend the membership fee by giving prior notice as decided by its board of directors.

4. Membership: Fees are for 12 months period (January to December) or pro-rata on quarterly basis and are non-refundable.

5. Details: You agree to provide accurate, honest and current information about yourself.

6. Site Abuse: PEC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of anyone found to be abusing the site. Anyone who is terminated will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.

7. Data protection: Privacy of member data will be strictly maintained. But PEC will divulge any information about members wherever there is a need for doing so especially in the interest of the members and the club. However PEC does not and will not sell its member database list to any third party whatsoever.

8. Use of website: You are not permitted to post any offensive, false, pornographic or threatening information on PEC Postings or Message Board. PEC reserves the right to terminate, immediately any member found to be in breach of this condition.

9. Conduct: BEC reserves the right to terminate immediately any member for displaying inappropriate behaviour during events.

10. Disclaimer: PEC cannot be held accountable or liable for any actions made by members or those registering on the site. PEC is not responsible for any involvement of any of the members with any other person of criminal background. PEC is not responsible for any of its members' offence / ill mannered action during the events organized by PEC.

11. Intellectual Property. All copyright, photographs, graphics, trademarks displayed on the site are owned by PEC (not including links page that link outwards) and cannot be copied or used in any form without the written consent of PEC.

12. Disputes: Any dispute would be subject within Pune (India) jurisdiction only.
